With half of summer behind us, we no longer expect it to turn hot and dry.

Reading about the heat wave and wildfires in the western US, we are not fretting over what we have. At least the ocean has been nice, for the most part.

We continue to have good viewing opportunities for puffins, whales, otters, eagles and sea lions.

We are catching king and silver salmon regularly. Halibut fishing is slow. If you prefer fishing for halibut, click here.
